Parties

These terms and conditions are made between ROOM1111 and whosoever shall use this website ("You").

Use of Site

You may only use the website to make legitimate enquiries or bookings and hereby undertakes not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent booking or any booking in anticipation of demand. You also undertake to provide correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or other contact details to ROOM1111 and acknowledge that ROOM1111 may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary.

Making a Booking - prepaid reservations

Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant hotel accommodation subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and ROOM1111 shall come into existence until ROOM1111 (a) issues a booking reference number; (b) issues a booking confirmation by email and (c) receives payment in full.

Amendments and cancellations by you

There are no universal amendment, cancellation and no show policies. They will vary from hotel to hotel and will depend on many factors including but not restricted to travel dates, hotels and events. As a result, ROOM1111 will display each specific amendment, cancellation and no show policy, after a search has been performed, on the booking review and payment page for each individual hotel. It will also be confirmed in your confirmation email.
Cancellations and/or amendments of bookings will only be valid if affected through The web site or to ROOM1111 in writing and reconfirmed to a customer in writing by ROOM1111.

If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you are due to arrive, the hotel may mark your booking as a “no-show” and release the room for re-sale. This can result in a penalty, this will be clearly stated the amendment and cancellation terms of your booking.

Should you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when ROOM1111 receives notification from you during ROOM1111 working hours. All such cancellations and amendments are subject to, most often than not, you incurring the charge for the next twenty-four hours’ accommodation after ROOM1111's receipt of notification. Please note that this is a guideline and is actually decided on a case by case basis and is up to the hotels discretion/policy at the time of your stay.

On occasions, particularly during fair periods it may be necessary to vary these terms in accordance with terms laid down by our suppliers. ROOM1111 reserves the right to alter this charging structure in such circumstances by notifying you in advance and gaining your acceptance.
Please note, if your flights are cancelled, we are not liable to refund you with the cost of your accommodation. We therefore strongly recommend that you arrange adequate travel insurance for your trip.

Amendments, cancellations and curtailment by the hotel

In the very unlikely event that the hotelier cannot provide the booked accommodation, you understand that the hotelier's responsibility is to find an alternative of at least a similar standard, and provide transportation as appropriate to this alternative hotel. ROOM1111 takes every precaution to ensure hotels are professionally managed so that any such occurrence is extremely rare. ROOM1111 shall have no liability in respect of any other costs, losses or damages existing out of or in connection with relocation of accommodation since such relocation is outside ROOM1111's control.
Payment for reservations is due, in all cases, before the customer travels. Regardless of whether vouchers have been issued or not, ROOM1111 reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment has not been received, or if payment is still outstanding for any other unrelated reservations.

Accuracy of Information

By ROOM1111:

ROOM1111 and its suppliers have taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of the website including all hotel information, city information and listings are accurate. The hotel information and listings are compiled from information provided by the hotels that are listed. ROOM1111 publishes such information in good faith. You acknowledge and accept that ROOM1111 cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in such information, nor can liability be accepted for changes to facilities which are not notified to ROOM1111 by the hotel in question. You also acknowledge that while ROOM1111 endeavors to keep accurate and up-to-date all information contained on this website, ROOM1111 cannot be responsible for errors, omissions or misleading information contained in the hotel listings or information.

By the guest:

ROOM1111, its partners and the hotels are required to be advised of the correct names of all the guests for each reservation. Should TBA, N/A or any other abbreviation be used in place of a guest’s names, the hotel has the right to either request for the full names and/or reject the booking until these names are provided. Primary Guest correct nationality should be provided before confirming the booking.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and ROOM1111 reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ROOM1111 will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Star Ratings and quality of Accommodation

You acknowledge that star ratings may vary in quality from country to country and cannot be relied on to identify the quality of the accommodation. You acknowledge that the star rating is merely a general outline and may not apply in each case. Similarly, you acknowledge that the type of rooms provided by a hotel (i.e. single, double, twin, triple) may also vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check the type of the accommodation and services provided by each hotel. Details of each hotel which may be booked via this website are outlined in this website.

Discounted rates

Hotels sometimes impose supplements which means that the price advertised on ROOM1111 may be higher than the hotel's published rate. This can happen at any period when rooms are very scarce. ROOM1111 will only sell a room at higher than the published rate if it feels that its customer's interest is better served by having this room rather than finding nothing available at all. In such busy periods, and only at the customer's request, ROOM1111 sometimes finds rooms in hotels which have been reliably recommended by third parties. Such hotels are offered to clients in good faith.

Members hotels

All of our members only hotel rates are for use by ROOM1111 members only and as such cannot be used in conjunction with any Best Rate Guarantee Claims. Any breach of these terms will result in a membership being suspended with immediate effect and all bookings cancelled with no refund being due to any guest.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding the Hotel should be notified to the Hotel Reception desk or to the relevant Hotel Representative during your stay at the hotel and the hotel management must be given adequate opportunity to rectify the situation from the outset. Where any such complaint is not rectified by the hotel in question to your satisfaction, you should contact ROOM1111 immediately and ROOM1111 will endeavor to assist. Should you remain unsatisfied a further complaint should be made in writing to ROOM1111 not later than seven days after termination of the hotel stay. Where possible, the written complaint to ROOM1111 should be supported by photographs or other written/visible proof of the complaint.

Passports and Visas

ROOM1111 cannot be held liable for any loss incurred in the event of your failure to hold the necessary passports, visas and documentation for their journey. You are advised to check with the relevant visa departments of the Countries they wish to visit. Price changes ROOM1111 reserves the right to revise all published prices at any time and for any reason, however no change in price will be made once a booking has been confirmed.

Prices and Taxes

Taxes:

You acknowledge that while ROOM1111 and/or it’s partners will take care of hotel taxes where applicable, the authorities in some countries may impose certain additional taxes (e.g. tourist tax, city tax, local tax etc), which have to be paid locally, as these are for local service. You are exclusively responsible for paying such additional taxes.

Resort Fees:

Hotels may charge a resort fee, which is payable only by the guest at the hotel, that cannot be included in our prices. This is increasingly common in the USA. Where known beforehand ROOM1111 will endeavor to display them on an individual hotel basis, however, please note that as they are subject to change without prior notice ROOM1111 cannot be held responsible for any changes in price or implementation.

Room Types / Bedding Options

1. Twin/Double rooms: Hotels often have much fewer double rooms than twins and the provision of a double room by the hotel (even if requested as a preference) is not guaranteed, unless its importance is specifically mentioned to ROOM1111 at the time of reservation and ROOM1111 then confirms with the mention 'double' room.
2. Triple and Quadruple rooms: Some triple rooms consist of three single beds while others consist of one double and one single. In the same way quadruple rooms can consist of four singles, or two double beds, or one double and two singles.
3. The preferred Bedding Options selected with the reservations Room Type are always subject to availability.

ROOM1111 cannot accept responsibility for any specific needs not made known at the time of booking.

Accommodation costs

When you receive your voucher, ROOM1111 accepts responsibility for paying your accommodation costs and therefore cannot accept any responsibility for clients who pay directly to the hotel.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROOM1111 from and against any liability, damage or loss including legal fees and expenses that ROOM1111 incurs or suffers as a result of any action, inaction or omission by you.

Consequential Loss

Under no conditions and in no event shall ROOM1111 or its suppliers be liable for any consequential or special damages or losses, however arising, (including, but not limited to negligence or breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise) or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of ROOM1111.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ROOM1111's liability to you and/or any third parties are in any and all circumstances limited to the amount paid by you of the booking

Assignment

You may not assign, convey, sub-contract or delegate any rights, duties or obligations hereunder except with the written consent of ROOM1111.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to this website are solely owned by or licensed to ROOM1111. The content or data found on the website may not be reproduced, sold, transferred or modified without the prior written consent of ROOM1111. Neither may you modify, duplicate, display, copy, reproduce, license, publish, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the website without the prior written consent of ROOM1111. You further acknowledge that you must not use any of these intellectual property rights, except to the extent necessary to make a booking in the manner anticipated by these terms and conditions.

Rights to User Content

By posting or distributing Content to or through the Site, unless we indicate otherwise, you

1. Grant ROOM1111 and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such Content throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised.
2. Grant ROOM1111 and its affiliates and sublicenses the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such Content, if they choose.

4. Own and control all of the rights to the Content that you post or otherwise distribute, or you otherwise have the lawful right to post and distribute such Content to or through the Site.
5. Such Content is accurate and not misleading.

ROOM1111 is under no obligation to offer you any payment for Content that you submit or the opportunity to edit, delete or otherwise modify Content once the it has been submitted to ROOM111. ROOM1111 shall have no duty to attribute authorship of Content to you, and shall not be obligated to enforce any form of attribution by third parties. If it is determined that you retain moral rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) in the Content, you hereby declare that

System Integrity

The usage of any device, routine or software which inhibits or interferes with the running of the ROOM1111 website or any booking concluded upon it is prohibited. Any action which creates a load on the ROOM1111 website or infrastructure which may be considered unreasonable or disproportionate is prohibited.

No Guarantee of Continuous Access to ROOM1111 Website

ROOM1111 does not guarantee continuous access without interruption to its website, nor does ROOM1111 guarantee secure access to its services. The performance of the ROOM1111 website may be interfered with by many factors outside its control. Amendment to These Terms and Conditions ROOM1111 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective 5 days after they are posted on the ROOM1111 website. This Agreement cannot otherwise be altered without prior consultation with ROOM1111.

Severability

These terms shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and such determination shall not effect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Headings

The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are included for convenience only and shall not define, extend, limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

If as a consequence of Force Majeure, ROOM1111 is obliged to curtail, alter or cancel a booking, you shall not be entitled to claim compensation for any loss arising as a consequence of the said curtailment, alteration or cancellation. The term "Force Majeure" includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, fire and any other destruction of any accommodation booked, riots, acts of war or civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial action or any other reason beyond the control of ROOM1111.

Entire Agreement                                                

These terms contain the entire agreement between ROOM1111 and you and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements regarding the subject matter and may not be amended or modified unless expressly agreed by ROOM1111 in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Egypt Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Egypt.
